ACP-UK’s Response to the Imposition of Community and Custodial Sentences Guideline Consultation February 2024
ACP-UK responded to the Sentencing Council’s consultation on the Imposition of Community and Custodial Sentences Guidelines in February. We raised particular concerns about the custodial sentences given to pregnant women, and the provision for their medical care, psychological support and neonatal care provided to their babies.
