The Independent Practice Network

The Independent Practice Network (IPN) has been developed to provide a support network for clinical psychologists working in independent practice and the private sector. You may be employed within a business, third sector or community interest company or be self-employed as a sole trader or have a limited company.

The IPN will provide a national collective voice for those working in independent practice. It will offer support, guidance and collaboration for the benefit of those who work in independent practice and the people they serve. Members of the network will be actively engaged to steer and contribute to the work of the network, led by an Advisory Group of independent practitioners.

We are keen to show how clinical psychology is applied in innovative ways within independent practice and hope that the network will offer a place of support, inspiration and guidance for those in independent practice or aspiring to be.
