ACP-UK Psychology of Older People is a community of Clinical Psychologists who work in a wide range of services for older people as well as Memory Assessment Services. We aim to promote the clinical issues related to ageing and also to younger adults who develop ageing-related difficulties. We are aligned with the values of ACP-UK in aiming to:
– be bold, ethical and member-led
– be a strong voice for Clinical Psychologists
– act for the good of our clients, carers and their communities by promoting, publicising, supporting and developing Clinical Psychology and Clinical Psychologists.

Our network aims to promote the psychology of clinical issues related to ageing and support the work of Clinical Psychologists, Trainee Clinical Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists.

We are committed to providing CPD events on key topics, members consultation and a unified voice on issues that affect our client group. This will also provide networking opportunities to share innovation, support and best practice in a welcoming social group.

If you would like to contribute to this network of the ACP-UK please get in touch via our admin email address: [email protected].
