The ACP-UK Board and members, led by Dr Sarah Swan, Director for England, facilitated weekly ACT-based webinars to support frontline staff working in health and social care and dealing with the impact of Covid-19. Each webinar consisted of an introduction to the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), practice examples and opportunities for live interaction with the presenters.
