Clinical Health and Neuropsychology Network

Home / Member Networks / Clinical Health and Neuropsychology Network

The Clinical Health and Neuropsychology Network (CHANN) welcomes members from a diverse range of backgrounds and settings. Our aim is for members to feel that this is a place where they can develop their skills in working with a range of physical health difficulties, and create networks with other members also working in health and neuropsychology.

The Network has a vibrant range of CPD opportunities including our monthly lunchtime webinar series and collaborations with other Networks within ACP-UK, and we welcome discussion around topics that you would like to see in the future.

We believe that Clinical Health Psychology and Neuropsychology are inextricably linked as disciplines, and encourage our members to learn from colleagues in both areas to enhance clinical practice and understanding. We are active in promoting Clinical Psychology across the services we represent and also in wider contexts, and contribute to clinical guidance published by NICE and other organisations on a regular basis. We have a welcoming and knowledgeable Committee who meet on a regular basis, and would welcome any member who may wish to become a member of the Committee.

The Network Co-Leads are Sarah Blackshaw (Clinical Health) and Alexandra Garfield (Neuropsychology). If you would like to contact them please email [email protected]
